wed went for the first enrichment activities.. quite fun la.. the first activity was On the cutting edge. ms wong showed us some music videos. it was only toay tt i found out such videos existed!! personally i du realy like them la.. cuz is like. the animation is. hmm.. how to say.. for the first one it was like a cartoon.. just tt it din realy make sense. all the rest also. wonder where she found all these videos.. haha. mb its her interest=p

next was the manicure session. mr eng's wife is a freelance manicurist! haha. yupp.. thn went to the navy museum.. just went there to see the uniform and stuff.. and oh man.

lemme tell you wad happen. sam came to join us, then when we were getting on the bus, she got up before me. then at first 4 of us mah, then plus sam, 5. so one will be alone. and since she got up first, i was left alone. actually nothing wrong la. then sam sae"ah ha. luckily i got up faster. let ziyin sit alone" =.- err. wads with that. u dun nid to say that right. well. nvm, i had a nice time anyway.

thur went back for trng. and fri second round of enrichment=) learnt qite abit about mozart! and classical music la. haha. the strings of a violin and viola is mae of cats' guts last time!! if in the olden days got animal rights association, now sure no more violin and viola=p

and another museum. this time is art. we were introduced to 8 local artists. yupp.. not too bad la. and both museum trips were good!! Cuz we were let off a lot earlier than the stated time=)) hehe. went back for trng. and can you believe it?!?! i left my shirt in he toilet!! argh. and its nt the first time le la!! irritating. why am i sooo forgetful?!?! grr. yupp.. that was first week!

and. yupp. saw him today:) it was that feeling of "so near yet so far". he was just right in front of me, yet all i could do was to look down. argh!!! why am i soooo dumb and stupid and and. argh. president of idiot society.

LUCKILY i looked up just in time to see him acknowledge me. shld be la. he nodded at me. an gave a little smile! whee! i smiled back:) haha. and THATS IT. haix. but that just set me smiling like a moron. haha. so i thought. enough of that. off to trng instead!! and stop thinking of him=)

sometimes, i just sooo hate myself!! argh. how i wish when he lie on the floor, the girl he is talking to is me.. but i just have no topics with him in common!! he does suan me.. but hey. who doesnt suan me. even the my little cousin suan me la. so, thats not counted.

i thought that since when he suan me he was quite amusing, funny, and nice, i thought he would be a nice person to talk to.. but when i finally plucked up the courage to tok to him, (thanks to you for giving me ideas, heh) he appeared aloof and unconcerned, simply saying he has nothing common with me. how hurt i was. and coz of tt i snapped at my mum.

could it be that i just noticed him, and din noe him much, and then i put my dreams onto him? hmm. this sounds funny. what i mean is that i thought he is funy, humourous, cuz in my mind,an ideal guy shld be witty. oh yes! ideals! ok. haha. rephrase. yupp. and in real life he isn like this. perhaps im just thinking too much. thinking that he could be that prince, or that devil in my life(-->in a taiwanese drama starring mik he and rainie yang, mike he was the devil that completed rainie yang's life). but i guess he really isn. but i still cant help it if he is so noticable right!!!! haix. someone help me please>.<

haha. going to go back school le.. although it is gona be 2wks of enrichment, still feel the back to school blues. cant wait for another PCS gathering. super fun! how i miss them.. hmm.

tuesday was a special day! i just realised --> 20.06.2006 once in a lifetime date. haha. 06.06.06 also. but thats not a good date for christians. but well, its over:)

last wed was our sorta first throwers lunch. it was quite fun, esp since i wasn the bull's eye of the day. hehe. shuyu was quite poor thing la. they were all using her as a targetboard. everything she sae also arrow her, suan her, diao her. haha. it was quite a funny sight. plus she kept talking abt teck kuan, sum, and shaowei, which gave them more reason to suan. actualli i din want to add on de la, but their jokes were seriously funny. so i couldnt stop laughing=p aft tt she kept quiet. oops.

on thursday, actually planned to go out wit ernest, jing han, william and shiqi to watch movie.. but in the end ernest nv go, then i oso din go, so left the 3 of them. plus another girl. they watched just my luck. saw the previews, it was quite funny. lindsay lohan was trying to dry her hair, then her hair got stuck and she yanked the hair dryer out, her hand crashed into the mirror and the whole thing burst into flames=p haha. jing han sae quite nice, haha. mb i shall get the cd, or smth=)

friday was a bad day. went for cip at city hall, the flagday for student pocket money fund thing, and i got cheated of my money. hmm. baoru and i went orchard, then got one lady donate $50!! they veri generous, alot give $2, and some gave $10. wow. 3 cheers to that lady!! who says singaporeans are not kind! erm, at least 1 is=D then somebody put in 20cents, and asked me to donate $10! i only gave $2 la. but hey, come to think of it, i dun see her approaching anybody else. smth's fishy. haix. nvm la. charity=) the bad thing was that i rushed to skol for trng, only to find out that there is no trng, and james din tell me. and josh. grrr. it is not the first time le la!!! super pissed. but well. i cant do anything. so. just wen home>.<

watched shows the whole ay and went for a run. shall talk more abt the shows in next post!! =))

this weekend was rather eventful.. haha.. fri managed to improve my javelin distance.. gearing up for sunday's competition.

sat i did my FIRST flagday! haha. actuali i din noe tt it wld be a flagday, cuz they just sae sell bears and post-its. so i tot its just sit down here and slack and wait for ppl to come. in the end turns out we had to go arnd asking ppl to donate for the student pocket money fund, and if they donate $2, they get a post it; $3 for a bear. chey. haha.

worst thing was the initial part. baoru and i waited at toa payoh for like 1 hr, cuz that's where they told us. then turns out it was at city hall!! argh. we had to take a train there. luckily im meeting wanqin they all at city hall=))

so baoru and i walked to suntec, and managed to sell off all the bears and post its. some foreigners were super generous, and 2 chio bus ran after us to give money. haha. these kind is chio from the inside k!! =DD we donated also la, baoru donated $2, but i onli put in 50cents=p im not used to giving notes la. i not rich kay>.<

and we targetted ppl wit prams. just go there and sae "wld u like to donate? $3 and u get a bear" then wave the bear in front of the pram and the kid goes " i want!" and there goes the bear=))

wanqin they all were the best man!!! bruno donated all his change, which was almost 3 bucks, then sharon, peiying, wanqin, kelvin and junkai also donated at least 1buck each, some put in a few more 50 cents and such, so it amounted to 9 bucks, or maybe more=) so i gave them 3 bears!! =DD haha. super cool man!!

after that went to glutton;s bay for the FIRST time=) the hokkien mee was nice! juicy noodles with 5 prawns, sotong, and lotsa noodles:) just that the prawn was not shelled=p had a hard time shelling it! haha.chicken wings too. and bruno nearly told the stall owner "uncle, give me 20 chicken 20 pork" AND. the stall owner was muslim. =.-

and we played zhong ji mi ma wit my brownies=)

on sun went for comp. first time got someone measure for me=) and it was 15.59! quite good for me, but not good for the nationals standard la. gona trai even harder man!! haha. after that went shopping wit my mum.

i love shopping wit my mum!! she is my banker! haha. always pay for me=p bought 4 shirts! and she din manage to get anything. feel rather guilty=s then we went to plaza to buy groceries. haha. bought cheesecake!! whee. haha.

ooh. and now i gedit le. cow and cownap too dfferent things. kidnap cow called cownap? HAHA=p

my normal post shall start:

today, eh i mean, ystd, i went out to watch a movie=) normal enuf rite=) ok. so watched garfield 2. not as funny as i tot it wld be, but not bad too. the cat is super fat la. and the tummy can wriggle. haha. mine cant. so dun sae i fat kayy=/ you, yes you. haha. u noe its you.

seriously, im fat? hmm.. =s ok, then b4 tt we tot first day garfield's out, alot of ppl will watch. who noes, at the new cathay, it was rather empty. the new cathay's quite a distance from plaza sing. so gota walk veri far. actuali, just abit la. im not lazy. like.. haha. dun embarrass ppl la. but well, yes you. haha=p

and i was late. cuz i overslept. haha. then we went to eat noodle omelette. i veri long never eat le la. fried noodles wit egg, and ham and cheese. oh man. the noodle is nice, hot, full of flavour. and the egg is super yummy, with gooey cheese and nice and succulent ham=)) ooh. super nice.

and after the movie went secret recipe to eat cake:) the marble cheesecake's not veri nice. the cheese part's nice, but the crust is not. quite horrible actually. but the choc mud cake is nice!! the top layer is thick gooey chocolate fudge, then got choc sponge, and choc mousse. ooh. haha. so sinful=p

btw, anyone knows the diff between a cow and a cownap?

we went earlier to buy her present. got a few choices-wallet, pencil case, soap, shirt, name frame, pillow.. in the end we bought the name frame and pillow. haha. pillow i suggest wan leh=)) then the name dun have "n". so we bought the "u" and put it upside down. haha. creative rite:)

and we went gelare for ice cream. oh man. u gota try the waffles!! super nice!!

looks pretty good right. altho is not the correct wan=p i was on an all-time high sugar rush ystd la. kept on thinking of ice cream and cheesecake!!!

and the guys came half an hour late. haha. next time must give them the time that is half an hr b4 the actual one!! so we sat in marche for quite some time.. from abt 5 to 6.. waiting for the main lead to turn up:)

and we put all her presents at one chair. cuz it was a long table, i bet she would sit on the chair which we put the presents, bruno guessed she would sit on the empty. in the end we were both wrong! haha. she sat with us at the long table. actuali we wanted to sit on chairs wit cushions. better for our butt=p but they sae the long table better. haha. owells. poor butt=p

we went to esplanade, the roof top, to talk.. vincent suddenly sae wana take neos. haha. the world has changed!! him saying it instead of us?! haha. then i got camera mah, so wanted to take photos for remembrance, then they kip asking me go take wit vincent=.- in the end got take la. haha. ooh. i did the tree trick wit bruno. quite successful. duno wads it? come find me, i do for u =DD haha

esplanade reminds me of unhappy stuff. if i could try all over again, i will definitely not walk the same path.. but me at that time, will definitely not listen to wad i sae now.. u gota try to noe. hey fren, i noe u think he's changed for the better.. i wana believe u, but truthfully, a girl in love, her words cant be trusted. i can forsee a me-in-making. u were just like me, 7 mths ago.. what else can i saw??

i noe u wun listen, or believe.. so what i can sae is only the cliche stuff. even tho its cliche, trust, we'll follow it. `no matter what happens, we'll be behind you all the way.

i like being frens wit guys.. they're super easy going.. anything u do.. they'l just take it as you. look and see. mb laugh.. then forget.. that's em. that's their good point. and their bad pt.

whereas for girls, they tend to take note of everything. even things like, you dun sit wit them, dun walk wit them, or dun talk to them as much, they'l notice. guys dun do that. this is girls' behaviour. this is their bad point. but also their good pt:) make u feel part of them, make u feel wanted..

rmb not long ago.. that particular incident made me promise myself tt i will never ever make such a rash decision again.. and to keep off all guys. now, they're just like. i duno.. normal ppl to me. no diff. like nowadays i alwaes kena suaning by them. haha. they sae cuz i am the bull's eye. that's why they always "arrow" me. but i was the one who asked them why they kip arrowing me la=p guys are normal frens. NOTHING ELSE.

somehow.. duno when did i start noticing him.. or take note of his presence.. he just stood our from the rest. took quite some time to notice. in fact, very very long. i was busy noticing other stuff instead of him. leme think. i guess it's the double whacko. after a few rounds, he ended up behind me. at that very one pt, it was super nerve racking la!! the newspaper was coming str at me!!

LUCKILY HE SHOUTED OUT A NAME JUST IN TIME. haha. i guess it was from then tt i noticed. nothing much happened. cuz i cant break my promise.. but thru a sheer chance, i got to noe him better.. as the bull's eye of everyone, haha, i naturally became his target too:) and with that chance, we got to talk more..

and i began to find out more on my own.. i duno if other gals are lidat.. but for me, im lidat.. i will find out more abt him, get to noe him better, but i kip it to myself. why make it known? it seems pointless to me to deliberately let someone noe tt u are trying to noe him better.. that's me:)

however, after this sheer chance, i was devastated. because we had nothign else in common. and i begin to wonder if he's really what he seems. is he really the witty, funny and lame guy who can talk to everyone? or is he really quiet at heart?

no matter how hard i try to communicate with him, all fails. we just cant click. why? it wasn like this at first. but looking at all the responses he gave me, it's veri disheartening. it's as though he's shouting it out "IM NOT INTERESTED IN TALKING TO YOU!!!" perhaps its time i took the hint. and kept my promise. Lady Cui in Da Chang Jin once said, to keep their family status, she must get rid of this useless thing called feelings. perhaps i shld learn from her.

GUYS. STAY OUT.

i guess after every happy moment there will be a lowest point.. and it has come. after camp, i feel like life is damn pathetic for me. its like, everyday i come home to stare at four walls. no one is at home.. if only camp could last forever.. its the time where i felt happy all the time, and i never thought of unhappy things.. im still thinking of camp.. cuz that's when i was the happiest..

it brought me away from the fakeness of this world.. and i started to look at others' strengths and believe that my teammates will treat me truthfully.. and it brought me out of darkness..

but now.. i guess everything goes back to normal.. i duno how to get back to normal life again.. and he worst is, i duno how im gona get back to normal school life when school starts.. surprisingly.. i've grown more attached to the track team.. and im seriously reconsidering if i reali shld quit.. track seems like a more real team to me, compared to me noral life.. im seriously looking forward to each track trng.. such a tremendous change.. but i guess it was kinda gradual.. after so much disappointment by stuff around.. i start to find alternatives as to find my true self..

in track, im relaxed, laughing, trng, and im myself. but besides that.. i feel that im on my on.. desperately trying to ask myself why am i doing things that are not me at all.. im tyring to detach myself from these things.. but i guess it would be hard.. after you noe that u trusted the wrong stuff.. and how cruel the truth actually is..

and today i got back my GPA. great disappointment..

and we got cheated by the bus uncle!! 151. he sae the bus wun go into NUS anymore. and he told us to drop at this super ulu place and let us get fed by the mozzies there. seriously. i bet the mozzies there are as many as NJ's population la. and dev got a big bite that equalled to 5 of ours=p haha. ooh. and the cheese prata was damn nice!!

the worst part was 173. if you ever see an uncle, with completely white hair and eyebrows, driving 173, dun ever ever EVER get on that bus. cuz it was SUPER SLOW. it even stopped at the gree light to let a truck pass even thought he had the right of way!! oh man. if he was a pedestrian, i bet he would have stopped at green light to let the cars pass=.-

so cuz of all these hiccups, we were the last group to arrive. and the best part was, all groups were late! just tt we were the latest. haha. and we played basketball after tat. super tiring. and the people playing were rather rough. and thre was hiccups again. so, hmm. let's just skip he unhappy parts:)

BBQ!!! haha. it was through this that we realise how good choon boon was at bbq-ing. he got mini-bunsen burner la!! and he start fire and cook prawns for them. they said the prawns were good, cuz it was cooked wit the essence of choon boon. haha. i din eat cuz i was lazy to peel=p and we had mug root beer wit caramello ice cream! super nice. haha. ppl mug books we mug ice cream=) and we played cards till 2am!

the next day, we packed up and got ready to go.. and took some pics.. we won 2nd!! =)) grp 2 rocks! oh ya, ystd when we were taking grp pics, we had this pose where the guys back face the camera, and the girls sit on the wall. so we stayed at this pose for quite some time, but thomas stil dun wan to help us take, s we were like, "thomas! faster!" his reply was damn qian bian la. haha.

back from camp. oh man, camp was super fun!! i hope this long post wun kill=p it was at NTU, and there were nice beds for us to sleep on! ok la, not as nice as home beds, but, not bad leh=) and two to a room, there was so much space! but leon chest us, he sae the beds quite dirty, wun have bedsheet and blankets, and there might be lice and bed bugs. immediately i tot of a prison cell=s but when we reached there, it was quite nice. luckily. haha.

my group rocks man! grp 2. they call themselves u-scream. cuz joe that grp aways cheer wit "ice-cream". first prize is ice cream voucher mah. haha.. but we seldom cheer la. first game we played was soccer. and we won! haha. considering we onli had 2 guys. but heyy. great game=)) and for handball we got second:) haha. and dev was like saying, eh grp 2, we gota stop it la. stop winning every game=.- haha. so ego!! but we're all lidat!heh. and then it became too hot, so we din play frisbee. went for lunch instead. haha. lunch was nice! and aft tt we were all kinda tired and sleepy. and canteen 1 is soo faraway from hall 9!! btw, our roms were at hall 9=p then we played touch rug. whih was quite a disaster, cuz we were basically tapping each other and never played past half field=p but it was hilarious!!

dinner was nice too, so i kinda expected all meals to be nice. but.. haha. u guessed it then. and that night, i had he feeling of complete taiko-ness and the feeling of "bridge champ"! haha. i won like, 6-7 consecutive bridge games!! and of all, my partner was joceyln. we rock man. haha. and throughout the whole camp we were playing cards. but heyy. we're socialising. :) and we had spring rolls and green bean soup for supper. not very nice. spring rolls were abit mushy. joe and leon were doing some forfeit, smth like stuffing 3 or 5 rolls into your mouth and finishing it within a few mins. hmm. INTERESTING. and i have never been a fan of green bean soup and aaron wanted my soup so i decided to be nice, like i always am=p but i was seriously too thirsty and my head was aching too much, so i drank abit. and it was not bad!=) but i din stir it up, cuz i dun like the powdery feeling, and beside me aaron was like "stir la. dun be ham chi la. just stir. stir. stir........." and on and on. aiyo. UNCLE!!

morning exercise. hmmm. applause to joshua -- he did 15 pull ups at one go! super good la. and breakfast seriously sucked. tse ruey was complaining at how oily it was. yupp. and it reali was. darn. i tot food would be nice. i got cheated of my feelins again=( naturally nobody reali wanted it. and aaron was askin me to return him a favur. cuz he took my soup i shld take his breakfast. ahem ahem. did i rmb him saying "I WANT!" when i asked who wanted my soup? =p

food trail was fun! the clues were esp lame!! imagine fish pour-rich. oh man. but we had loads of fun. and we actuali decided that the ice cream voucher was crap and we will just have fun and wun rush. BUT. when we saw joe this was wad happened:

someone:"oh no. JOE! RUN!"
james: "wad happened? why run?"
chong boon:"duno! faster run! if not cant catch up!"

and off we went. and when we finally stopped, we were all asking "how come we run ar?" oh man. haha. so we decided not to run, EVEN WHEN WE SAW JOE=p then guess wad? we saw joe again. and guess wad we did? RUN. and the best part was we saw him 4 times in total.

these few days so hot, train under the hot sun. i felt like a suckling pig la. like this one. ooh. im feeling hungry=p haha.

these few days not much excitment.. except for pool on tuesday.. met jing han's frens coincidentally on our way to meriden. so qiao rite=) then turns out both of them like husband and wife lidat la! and and and. they're both guys. haha. they just kip squabbling and squabling la! and ben dae joel is a jinx, but the moment ben went out, joel hit in so many balls la. but when ben come back, then he no so good liao=p and ben was telling joel which ball to hit, so he was saying, aim for the yellow one. then joel replied "which yellow ball?" and ben was super pek chek, and he was like, "the yellow one u idiot!" haha. they're super funny.

and ben put his phone on loud speaker AND auto answer, and when he was playing, suddenly got ppl talking. so ben was like, whose talking? then no one answer him. haha. in the end it was his phone=.- and he tried to juggle his fone and the cue stick, and in the end he just put the phone at one side and shouted across. hilarious sight!!! =DD
